The National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) is a consultancy body established by the Government of India during the year 1956. This council is responsible for preparing the syllabus for the training of artisans who complete the All India Trade Test. , And to provide national trade certificates to successful candidates. About Magadh University

Magadh University was established on 1 March 1962. It is the largest university in Bihar located on a vast campus of 460 acres of land enjoying the spiritual air of the Bodhi tree, which enlightened Lord Buddha. The then President of India, Dr. Sarvapali Radhakrishnan laid the foundation of this university. The famous historian Drs. KK Dutta was the founding vice-chancellor of this university. The authority conducting the examination will provide the facility to download the admit card from the website. Candidates should paste passport size photo on the admit card. The admit card will not be sent to any candidate by post or other means. This will be emailed to the candidate’s registered email ID at the time of registration.

When the candidates download it, a copy of it in PDF format will also be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID. Candidates should save NEET Hall Ticket 2020 till the admission process is not complete.

What instructions are printed on the admit card of NEET 2020?

The general exam day instructions for NEET 2020 are printed on the admit card. Some important instructions on NEET admit card are:

  • Candidates can set their watch with clock on NTA NEET website

  • A passport size photograph (uploaded in the online application form) should be affixed on the attendance sheet in the examination hall in the presence of the invigilator.
  • An authorized photo identity proof in original that must be valid and non-expired. They can bring any of the following ID proof- Aadhaar Card (with photograph) / Voter ID / PAN Card / Driving License / Passport / Ration Card / any other.
  • PWD certificate issued by the competent officer (if the candidate claims an exemption under the PWD category).

What is the full form of OBC?

OBC stands for Other Backward Classes. OBC is a term used collectively by the Government of India to identify or classify educationally or socially disadvantaged and disadvantaged castes. Another backward class is an official classification done by the government. Other classifications include Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST). However schedule classes and scheduled tribes also enjoy the benefits presented to them by the government. The Other Backward Classes category has been divided into two categories namely Creamy Layer OBC and Non-Creamy Layer OBC by the Government of India.

OBC Creamy Layer

Other backward class creamy layer is a category of OBC, the people under it are better off or rich. They are better than others belonging to the OBC category. The creamy layer OBCs are better educated. The creamy layer OBC has an annual income of over 8 lakh. There is no benefit of OBC creamy layer. They are treated in the same way as the general category candidates are treated.

OBC Non-Creamy Layer

If the total family income is less than 8 lakhs per year, the family is considered to be in the non-creamy OBC category. The same family will be given OBC non-creamy layer certificate. A person belonging to the non-creamy OBC category will be enjoying all the benefits as well as getting age relaxation in competitive examinations.

If anyone falls in the category of non-creamy OBC category, they will get a reservation while applying for government jobs or government posts. However, to avail of all these benefits, they have to obtain a certificate called OBC certificate. The certificate is valid in every state of India except Tamil Nadu. The validity of the certificate is for one year and starts from the very day of receiving it.

Non-eligibility of OBC certificate.

The parents are employed in services like IPS, IAS, and IFS under Group A.
Parents working under Group B and C of Central Government and
Parents working in Group 1 of the State Government.
The income of parents is more than 8 lakhs, they are not eligible to apply for this certificate.

OBC Non-Creamy Layer Eligibility

Non-creamy layers have certain eligibility criteria to ensure that a qualified and qualified candidate receives a certificate. Here are some points, which are seen as categorizing people when OBC falls into the category of non-creamy layer, or not.

OBC Non-Creamy Layer Income Range

Family and Family Support:

A person can apply for OBC certificate only if the family’s annual income is less than eight lakh rupees per year. If it exceeds the given figure, they will not get a non-creamy category certificate. (Income from agriculture / farming is not included)

Parents Joint Central Diversion:-If people alienated with parents are part of the Central Government or working under Group C and Group D category under the Central Government, then the person can apply for a non-creamy OBC certificate Is eligible for this.

EMPLOYEE UNDER CENTRAL GOVERNMENT: If a person is himself or herself a part of Central Government or is working under Group B category of Central Government, then that person is eligible to apply for OBC Non-creamy layer certificate. It should be noted that this is valid only when the person’s parents do not receive any income like a pension.

Unauthorized Government Job by Husband: If a woman’s husband is working under the Central Government, then she will be eligible to apply for every woman certificate provided her parents do not receive any kind of income.

Online method to apply for OBC certificate

  • Only a few states offer an online mode of registration.
  • If a person belongs to the state in which online mode is available, he can visit the Backward Classes Welfare Portal of the state.
  • The person has to click on the link which shows “Apply online for caste certificate”.
  • The person can either create an account in the portal themselves or start filling the online application form given within the site.
  • After this, the person has to fill his details like contact details, address, personal details, and other necessary details.
  • Verification must be done by the person of the details he has provided so far.
  • After checking the details, the person can also submit the data along with the proof of the documents.
  • After submission, the person will get an acknowledgment slip in addition to the application number.
  • The person can print the slip or save it offline. The person needs to save the application number to save the application status.
  • After verification, the person can download his caste certificate directly from the link or portal.
  • An email or SMS will be generated upon completion of the process.

Offline method for obtaining OBC certificate

  • To get a caste certificate or OBC certificate through offline mode, one has to visit his nearest tehsil office, SDM office, revenue office or bridge / CSC centers.
  • The person will receive an application form for the caste certificate which he has to fill with correct details like contact information, address and other personal details.
  • In the caste description section, a person has to fill in the caste details of your father. If the father is no more, then the person will need his or her other blood relative caste certificate or documents.
  • According to the caste certificate the person gets, he has to tick the option of the caste for which that person is applying.
  • If the person has changed the state or has moved from one state to another, it should also be specified in the form.
  • A self-declaration part is to be signed and filled.
  • Finally, the person will have to affix a passport size photograph and submit a local address and reference for further verification of the process.
  • After that, the person has to submit the original application form with self-attested documents to the office.
  • A person has to wait for 30 to 35 days to get a caste certificate.

  • The lower caste people suffered greatly due to these differences, as the upper-class people maintained a hierarchy. These people have been empowered by the Mandal Commission keeping in mind all the sufferings till now. In early 1979, Morarji Desai’s government selected Bindeshwari Prasad Mandal, directing India to “identify socially or educationally backward classes”. This commission proposed to give 27% reservation to OBCs resulting in 49% employment opportunities for them in public universities and public services.

HSEE authorities will release a merit list with the release of the result of this entrance exam. The authorities will release a merit list as per the category of the candidates along with a common rank list. The name of only those candidates will appear in the merit list that has scored the minimum cut off marks in this exam. Based on the marks and candidates’ rank in the merit list, they will get admission to this exam.

HSEE 2020 Cut Off

  • The standard HSEE cut off marks are different for the students of different categories. Have a look at the below mentioned cut off marks for HSEE 2020;
  • Candidates from the general category will have to score at least 50% in the entrance exam to qualify it.
  • For the applicants belonging to the OBC-NCL category the minimum required marks are at least 45% to be in the OBC-NCL rank list. 
  • Candidates belonging to SC and ST categories need to score at least 25% marks in the entrance exam to be in their respective rank lists.

HSEE 2020 Tie Resolving Criteria 

Now have a look at the tie-breaking rules of the HSEE exam. When a candidate will score better marks then he will get higher rank as. But if in case two or more candidates will score the same marks in this entrance exam then their rank will be decided based on the below-mentioned criteria;

  • If two candidates score the same marks in total then the candidate who scores more marks in Part II (Essay) will be given a higher rank.
  • If in aggregate marks two or candidates score the same marks and tie also occur in part II (Essay) then the candidate who will score more marks in General Studies will get the higher rank.
  • If two candidates score the same marks in Essay writing, and General studies marks, then the one who scores more marks in the “Analytical Abilities” section of Part I will be placed on high rank in the merit list. 
  • If candidates have the same marks in all the above-mentioned sections then the elder one by age will get a higher rank in the merit list of HSEE 2020.

Re-Grading and Re-Totaling In HSEE 2020

Part I of the HSEE exam is conducted online and Part II is also arranged by the exam conducting authority vet confidentially. All the possible care is maintained by the examiner and well-qualified teacher while checking the answer sheets. So there is no provision of re-totaling or re-grading in this entrance exam.

Once the result will be declared that will be the final result. Applicants cannot demand the re-checking of the answer sheets.

HSEE 2020 Seat Reservation 

The IIT-M follows the reservation rules to offer admission to the deserving students from the reserved category as well. The table given below has the information about the reservation to the candidates from different categories;

Seat Allotment in HSEE 2020

The seats will be reserved for the candidates from different categories as per the above-given table. The rest of the seats will be available for the candidates from the general and non-reserved category.

The seat allotments to all the candidates will be done based on their rank in the rank list.

For reserved category also the candidates will get admission based on their categories’ cut off marks and rank in the merit list. If any candidate refuses to take admission then his seat will be allotted to other candidates who have his name next to the first person.  

Vacant seats for -NCL candidates will be de-reserved and open for allotment to general candidates.

What after the HSEE 2020 Result?

As a result of HSEE, 2020 will be released online on 15 May 2020 so, all the candidates will have to wait till then. After a day of declaring the result, the officials will release an offer letter to the qualified students on 16 May 2020. Selected candidates will be able to download their offer letters from the website.

After getting the offer letter the qualified and selected candidates will report to IIT Madras for the counseling process. It is suggested to the candidates to carry all the documents for counseling purposes.

  2. Click on know your paymentOnes the PFMS website opens, click on the “know your payment” tab as shown in the image below.
  3. Now candidate have to enter Bank Account detailsEnter the asked details in the required area to view your UP scholarship Payment status online by Payment by Account Number facility.
    You need to enter your bank nameaccount number, and captcha code as shown in the image below.
  4. Now click on the search buttonOne’s candidate has filled all the details correctly, click on the search button at the end as shown below in the picture.
    If your details are correct it will show data.
  5. If data is not correctIf your entered data is not correct then it will show No Record found.

Important instructions related to UP Scholarship 2020

  • UP scholarship is equally available for all the applicants belonging to any of the caste categories viz. General, OBC, SC, ST.
  • Candidates from those colleges, which are blacklisted by the authority, are not eligible to apply for the scholarship. These blacklisted colleges include Chaudhary Babulal Institute of Technology and Management, Hathras, Excellence College of Professional Studies, Meerut and Shri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology, Baghpat.
  • It is important for students to attach a hardcopy of the photocopy of the bank passbook with the application form.
  • Students must submit the application form in the department concerned in person and must collect the receipt.
  • Applicants must provide their own working email ID and mobile phone number.
  • All the information and documents provided by the applicant must be authentic and genuine. If the provided information is found wrong, then the application and data saved will be rejected.
  • Suspicious applications will not be forwarded for scholarship and will be rejected at the same moment.
  • Fail students are not eligible and must not apply for the scholarship.
  • Students who have applied for the scholarship or willing to apply are advised to not share their personal details, bank account number, IFSC code, class 10th/12th roll number, password, and other sensitive information to anyone.
  • Students can check their application status from time to time of the official website.
  • They just need their ID and password generated at the time of application to view the scholarship status. 
  • Students those who are already registered with portal have to renew the account by adding the updates. No fresh registration is required.
  • All updates regarding the scholarship are updated on the official portal in a regular interval of time. Applicants are requested to stay in contact for regular updates.
  • Applicants are suggested to check the scholarship updates on the portal on a regular basis. They must follow all the instructions timely and carefully so that they cannot miss the chance to get the scholarship.

UP Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

Only eligible students are benefitted under this government scheme. All the students are therefore required to check that they fulfill the eligibility criteria or not. Thousands of applications and scholarships are rejected only because of the ineligibility of the applicants.

Before filling the application, students must go through the complete advertisement for eligibility criteria. If the candidate fulfill the criteria only then he/she should proceed further and fill the application form.

The eligibility criteria for UP Scholarship is as follows-

Domicile Criteria

  • Domicile- Applicants must be the resident of Uttar Pradesh and must possess a domicile issued by the competent authority.
  • Applicants must be enrolled in any of the school or college of the state.

Qualification Criteria

  • For scholarship under Pre-matric class 9-10 category, students must be studying in either class 9th or class 10th.
  • For UP Scholarship Post matric, students must have qualified 10th (high school) and must have enrolled in class 11th or class 12th.
  • For UP Scholarship Post-matric other than 11-12, candidates must have qualified class 12th and must be enrolled in any higher education programs in any of the University of the State.

Income Criteria

  1. For Post Matric scholarship- The annual income of the family must not exceed two lakhs for all categories.
  2. For Post Matric scholarship other than 12th– Annual income of family from all sources should not exceed two lakhs for all the categories.
  3. For UP Pre Matric Scholarship- annual income must not exceed more than one lakh for all the categories.
  4. Apart from this, applicants must possess all the relevant certificates as the proof.

UP Scholarship Application Form

UP scholarship application form is made available through the online mode. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the online mode. The application form is made available on the official portal on the notified dates.

It is the responsibility of the students to regularly check the website for the latest updates so that cannot miss an excellent opportunity.

How to apply for UP Scholarship?

Fresh applicants can follow the given procedure to fill application form scholarship-

  • Visit the official website – Applicants firstly have to go to the official website i.e.  They can also use the direct link provided below in this section.  
  • Search the “Student” Tab – Second step is to click the “Student” option provided on the top menu bar of the homepage of the portal.
  •  “New Registration” – In the third stage, students have to select the “new registration” link and click on that. A new page will open.
  • Select the relevant category – The new registration page will open.  There will be a separate option for fresh registration and renewable for various categories of the candidates (General, SC, ST, OBC).
  • Fill the application form – Fill all the required information in the field provided. Candidates must ensure that they fill the personal details, qualification, and other information correctly.
  • Upload documents – Now applicants have to upload the scanned copies of all the documents. They must ensure that they upload the documents in the prescribed format.
  • Check and review –  It is one of the important stages in the application process. Once students have filled the application form they must recheck and review the details before final submission. Any mistake must be corrected at the moment. However, students are also given a chance for correction in the application in later stages. 
  • Submit the application – Once the review is complete students can click on the submit button for final submission of the application.  
  • Save and Print – The last and final step is to save or download the filled application form. Students also have to take printout of the same and must keep the hard copy safe for future references.

Once the registration procedure is completed, students are advised to keep their registration ID and password safe. With the ID and password, students can log in their scholarship account at any time to check the status and other updates.
